Counselling and psychotherapy can support you with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, identity issues, low self-esteem, neurodivergence, stress, and more.
While the terms are often used interchangeably, counselling tends to be more short-term and focused on specific issues, while psychotherapy often explores deeper patterns and long-standing challenges that require more psych areas and patterns of behaviours to be to be addressed.
Pluralistic therapy is a flexible, collaborative approach that draws from multiple therapeutic models to suit your unique needs. It combines elements from person-centred, humanistic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Transactional Analysis (TA), among others. Rather than following one method, we work together to find what helps you most—emotionally, mentally, and practically. This approach values your preferences, experiences, and goals, creating a therapy journey that feels truly personal, empowering, and effective
That depends on your needs. Some people come for a few sessions, others for longer-term support. We can review this regularly and work together to find what feels right for you
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply want to understand yourself better, therapy can be a helpful space to explore what’s going on and find new ways forward. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from support. I look at many ways to support where you are and what your goals are. It maybe that you are feeling 'stuck' or that you need help understanding why you do the things you do. This is where we can explore and look to make the changes that you want to make.
Yes. What you share in sessions is confidential, with a few legal exceptions which I will explain fully before we begin working together .
That’s completely okay. You don’t need to have it all figured out — we can explore things together and make sense of whatever’s going on, at your own pace.
You can contact me directly via email, book online, or schedule a free initial call. I’m happy to answer any questions you might have before we begin .
