I’m a Level 5 qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with a background in primary school teaching. I have a deep passion for supporting teens, young adults, and adults through life’s challenges. My approach is grounded in kindness, compassion, and the belief that everyone deserves a space to be heard without fear of judgment.
With a wealth of life experience working with adults and teens I have a gentle, collaborative style supporting clients to work through difficulties at their own pace, exploring thoughts and feelings while finding a way forward together. I believe emotional and physical health are deeply connected, and even small shifts in how we think, or feel can bring meaningful change across many areas of life.
Sometimes we put therapy off, thinking we should be able to manage on our own, or we simply don’t prioritise our own wellbeing. But gaining insight into where certain behaviours or patterns come from can be transformative helping us understand ourselves better, shift unhelpful habits, and strengthen our relationships with ourselves and those around us.
