Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) is a type of cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) developed by psychologist Marsha Linehan in the late 1980s. It was originally created to treat individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) but has since been adapted for a wide range of mental health conditions.

ERP

Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is a specialised form of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) that’s considered the gold standard for treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and related anxiety conditions. It’s designed to help you gradually confront your fears and reduce the urge to engage in compulsions or avoidance behaviours.
